Leadership is a Spirit-led, Christlike influence that lives the way first — discerning God’s direction and guiding others with clarity, courage, and a non-anxious presence. It equips and empowers people to take ownership of their calling and produce lasting Kingdom fruit together.

Discipleship is the lifelong process of becoming like Jesus — learning to be with Him, become like Him, and do what He would do. It happens through shared practices, obedience, and community, forming people who live with love, freedom, and fruitfulness who can then go and lead others.

Mission is the adventure of joining God in His work of restoring all things — inviting people into life with Jesus and participating in the healing of the self, relationships, and the broader world around us. It is both proclamation and practice, lived out through everyday faithfulness, sacrifice, justice, beauty, and love - producing God’s intended order from the chaos of the broken world.
